Anxiety panic attacks are more common than you might think. If you have ever felt your heart suddenly start racing, your skin begin to feel clammy and felt a tingling sensation in your fingers then you have suffered an anxiety panic attack. For many people this can occur only at times of high stress but for others it is a common occurrence that can blight their lives.
I spent a period of about 5 years when I suffered attacks of anxiety. To this day I do not know what the causes were or why they stopped as suddenly as they had appeared. However, for 5 years of my life I suffered and did not tell anyone else about the attacks. To be honest it never occurred to me that other people could be suffering from the same problems.
Some specialists believe that anxiety panic attacks are caused by a medicinal imbalance and prescribe drugs for the condition. Joe Barry, who has spent many years studying the problem and is convinced that the cure lies within the sufferer.
Joe has published a 148 page e-book called “Panic Away” in which he explains his 3 stage program that can help sufferers to discover the underlying causes and overcome their fears.
Pros
This ebook is based upon Joes’ own experiences and studies. I found it was written in clear and concise language which made it very easy to read and understand. The 3 stages of the program come under the headings of, Trust, Accept and Persist. The program offers a drug free alternative to overcoming the problem of anxiety panic attacks and judging from the number of testimonials has worked for a large number of sufferers.
Within “Panic Away” there are a number of case studies and examples of different types of anxiety attacks. A few years ago I hated sitting in the barbers chair to have a hair cut. All I wanted to do is cut and run but I have no idea why? Fortunately for me after a couple of years it went away as quickly as it came but to this day I have no idea what was the cause. I thought that I was unique but one of the first examples Joe gives is of a similar phobia. Knowing that you are not the only person suffering would have been very helpful at the time.
Cons
“Panic Away” is not an instant cure. It is as Joe says a program that you need to be followed over a period of time. The first fact that anyone wishing to overcome their problem has to accept is that the program will work for them. It will not work if you cannot overcome any in initial scepticism
Conclusion
I liked “Panic Away” and although my own phobias and fears seem to have receded as I pass through middle age I still found much of the information useful. I only wish that “Panic Away” had been available when I was younger and suffered from regular anxiety panic attacks.
I highly recommend that you check out this resource : Panic Away
